Yeah, I'm not so sure why you were chat restricted either. Repeated use of homophobic slurs the way your using it is never acceptable, and typically results in a harsher punishment than just a chat restriction. Consider yourself lucky. I'd recommend you stop insulting other players (ex. calling them shit) and stop calling others "f****ts" otherwise you will find yourself receiving harsher punishments in no time.
EDIT: Oh, so you're going to call upon the mighty "Freedom of Speech" here while I was typing this, huh? Well, I'm sorry to break this to you, but freedom of speech does not apply here. No, seriously, it doesn't. Freedom of speech only protects you from the government (and even then there are limits), however Riot is not the government. They are well within their rights to punish you for what you say. Freedom of speech =/= freedom from consequence.
