Unfair Permaban From Riot Games (Please Help)

Today, I was permabanned for no conceivable reason at all. Riot's email claimed I had used "scripts, hacks, exploits or unauthorized third-party programs in League of Legends". But I swear I use no programs that might even remotely help me cheat in this game. The programs I use are Open Broadcast Software to record games and Overwolf to watch replays after deaths (saw on nightblu3's stream). I do not understand what kind of 3rd-party programs Riot is discussing. For the past several weeks, I've been sparingly playing games of League of Legends to study for finals, and have only played two games of ranked when they marked me as inactive. I do not understand AT ALL why I have been banned . I even have a recording of a league game I played while fiddling around with my replay system as I got it.(Do not know how to add that video into this post yet) It just perplexes me how Riot can perm-ban a player without providing any evidence and reason. :(

Additional Info: Was suspended once for using MKJogo around 6 months ago. However I have not used that program once since that incident. I did not uninstall it because I assumed as long as I didn't use it, there would be no need to waste the time to find and delete the files

I have never been toxic before in this game and slowly got my way to plat this year. On top of that I had planned to try to see how far I could climb up the ranking ladder during summer vacation. Just bought new skins on the account because I thought it would be an investment to my years to come. I do not lend my account information to anyone, as I like to keep privacy over my belongings.

Please help, anyone who reads this. League of Legends is one of those games where all my gaming friends have gotten into. I joined a school group that focuses on team play in League of Legends and really have nothing but utter shock that this had happened
