Flamed incredibly hard

I just finished a game as Anivia where our Zoe flamed me incredibly hard from champion select because they wanted to go midlane instead of me (blind pick, I called it first). They were saying some messed up stuff to me (apparently my mother is dead and Im silver 2 on EUNE). I made sure to report this player for hate speech and verbal abuse after the game so they gets punished for they things he said to me. About half an hour later now and Im still not getting the notification for them being punished. I dont think they said any keyword that would get him instabanned by the algorithm, but all the same Id like someone to look into this and maybe take a look at the chatlogs because he said some incredible hurtful and messed up things and IMO deserves to be punished for this.
