Honor Level has not increased for 2 months

So around late july-early august, I was banned for 14 days for toxicity. I was on a 20+ losing streak and got pretty tilted one game and just started saying a bunch of crap which I didn't exactly mean but one or two people on my team took it pretty hard even though I didn't direct anything I said to them. I then got banned and demoted of my honor level from 2 to 0.

Coming back, I tried my hardest to not tilt, learning my lesson from the 1st time. Since then, I've been getting honors almost every game and yet my honor level has still not increased. It also said I would be eligible for key frags a few days after the ban was released and I did but only for the month of august. I never received a single key frag in september nor this month so far.

It really bothers me how I haven't gained a single level anymore, any key frags, and I won't even be able to get any end of the season rewards of honor levels. At this rate, it doesn't even seem like my level will raise anymore.

So now, go ahead and flame me about my honor level and that "I deserve this" even though yall don't know what I went through during the 20+ loss streak.

end of august I got a 25 game chat restriction. I've played easily 500 games since then. still honor level 0. I havent been reported since then, and have been honored 60-70% of the time (never premade).

I asked riot support what was happening, and they said:

"We can see your attitude has improved, and thats awesome! We cant look at someones account and tell them how long until they reach the next honor tier, just keep it up and youll see your level improve."

So I did, for another 100 games. Still honor level 0. I'm not that worried about it anymore tbh, if it happens it happens ^.^

I've been playing every day, multiple games a day, begging for honors from my teammates and I'm still stuck at honor 2. I've never been punished for anything, I've had all 3 honor ribbons in the past, and my friends who don't even play and a person I know who just started playing the game fresh are levels above me in honor.

This seriously makes no sense at all and it's negatively affecting my gameplay.
