Permanently Suspended Account

I went to log onto my account and got a message that told me it has been permanently suspended and that I should check my email associated with the account in order to find out more information and I do not have an e-mail. I have never used third party programs and have never boosted. I do not understand why this happened, but if anyone has any information that would be greatly appreciated. I have spent hundreds of dollars on this game and do not want that to go to waste. I have submitted a ticket, but have a pit in my stomach because I honestly don't know what I did wrong.
