Permabanned + Chat Logs (Can I do anything to recover my account)

So, to start off, I am not mad about the time that I have into my account even though it is A LOT. And in that time I HAVE NEVER had any sort of ban or chat restriction in my time of league of legends. So imagine my dismay when I enter my league client to find out that I am permanently banned due to toxicity without having any prior case of this happening. Amongst all of this, most of the chat sent was NOT in all chat, but to a close friend of mine. I realize that the words I used were wrong, and in any case I should be punished, but I have no track record of doing this before leading me to question the severity of the punishment. Money is an issue with me as I have spent HUNDREDS of dollars on league of legends, and while I realize it is optional, it seems unfair that out of the blue I no longer have my account, without any warning. I realize how bad this sounds, but as a younger person, that is a LOT of money to me. Without further ado, the chat logs

Keep in mind the majority of this isn't in all chat. As well as I don't even think I was the most toxic person in this game. I realize that is not a defense as I still think I was in the wrong, I just think the punishment was extremely severe seeing as I have over 40 days played on League of Legends, without any prior offences.
