"Honor Unlocked"

I received my first ban (Deserved 14 day ban due to certain words being used). I reflected on my ban and for the most part have reformed, I do occasionally swear and get mad at people sometimes (I say it out loud in person) but I don't type in team chat to flame and I no longer trash talk enemy in all chat. I even noticed that when my friends are getting mad at player who are feeding and I am actually the one who is settling them down from flaming someone who is not doing so well. Because a lot of the time if you flame someone for doing bad they are just going to feed more. We are all bad in sliver anyway haha. Anyway, I was unbanned on the 4th of October and have been very honorable.

Last night I got a pop up message saying:

  • Honor Unlocked You are now unlocked, Keep playing with honor and you'll level up.

What does this mean? Im still dishonored on my profile screen but does this mean that I am making progress or is it a bug because it has only been 5 days since my unban?

so basically, ive been banned for toxicity as well, and i too have the unlocked honor msg. But its been quite some time since then and im still honor level zero. All i can really say is keep playing and hopefully it'll bring you up to level one. It does mean you are making progress though

The dishonored will stay there until you level up. Honor Unlocked is telling you that you can now gain Honor again so that you can progress.

The unlocked message means you have been unlocked - your account will now start working towards higher honor levels. After your punishment, there's a period where you're locked - kinda like probation, during which you won't even make progress towards the next honor level.

having my honor locked just means i be passive aggressive to bait others to flame

stupid system gives no incentive to reform when its faster to level another account than it is to have honor unlocked

going 10-0 in placements every time is easy as pie to get right back to gold 2 and get season rewards so it doesnt matter anymore
