Someone please help maybe a rioter

Greetings summoners and rioters, I truly feel I have been treated unfairly by the report and ban system. I was going to submit a ticket but for some reason the ticket page gets stuck in an infinite loading for me. I know this kind of post is probably common here but I would please like a rioter to look into this. I have been banned for 15 days right before preseason and I know about the honor lock through friends. I was playing a match on Twisted Treeline for fun when an opponent survived a skirmish with me with 1HP. I then jokingly in all chat asked him to kill himself. I specified and in my exact words said "You see the turret walk under it and kys." People started saying they were going to report me for telling someone to inflict harm upon himself and I was in disbelief because I clearly stated I was talking about in the game. I laughed shrugged it off like it's okay I've probably not gotten any reports and my account is clean so nothing will come of this. In fact 90% of the games I play I use /muteall. After the game a few moments passed while I was texting and I looked up and I have a notice saying I was banned. I really don't understand why this would happen. I've heard stories of other people getting chat bans for x amount of games and I didn't even get that. They immediately gave me a 15 day suspension at the worst time possible. I find this absolutely outrageous. I really hope this can be looked into because if it doesn't I will not be returning to the game for the next season and I have been here since season 4. I have purchased rp countless times and I am fan of the LCS and Pro scene but I can honestly say if this isn't taken care of or even looked into I will have lost a lot of respect for Riot games and will no longer be a player/consumer/fan and will move on to something else.
