there should be a new punishment system
i think it should be like a class that teaches players how to be good please give ideas and help form a new punishment system to teach players to be not be toxic

You made a similar (far lengthier) post not but a few minutes ago. Don't spam the boards just because you didn't get immediate replies.
A lot of players simply start arguments by accident because they don't know how to give feedback or instructions to teammates who are tilted and already volatile.
Teaching players leadership and communication skills would probably help a lot, because they would learn that it is more effective to get teammates to do what they want, and they are more likely to have fun matches because they have less arguments with teammates.
