Permanently banned for no reason

okay what the actual hell riot??? I log in one day and it says I've been permanently banned but i literally have never done anything against the rules !

It doesn't quite say what i get banned for when i log in but I received an email that says i have used scripts or hacks..? Ive sent about 3 tickets all of which got closed shortly after and my responses were as if they didn't even bother reading the information i provided about this whole situation! I just kept getting the same message from the rioters, that i used scripts, They have very accurate evidence of it, they wont tell me what i used and that i wont be unbanned under any circumstance?? The last time i logged in was on valentines day to redeem some RP, then logged back out and i got the permanent suspension later that night. I didn't find out until about a week after when i tried logging in again. I've never even got a warning for anything whatsoever

Ive spent nearly $900 on this game over the last 5-ish years so not only have i lost nearly a grand but all the time and effort i put into building up that account.. This really sucks please ACTUALLY look into this
