I know as a guy with just a year of experience in the community I've been DDOSED multiple times.Is there any system to counteract this.I need to know because this is the first time I've lost lp in ranked due to a nasus running some program to eff up my game. So can anyone tell me is there a system check ever so often which riot does to counteract these DDOSERS..
Do you know what DDOS is? Distributed Denial of Service? Meaning you need more than one computer? Meaning that Nasus either has buddies that are working on the clock for his majesty's satisfaction, or he hijacked other computers, which I find it hard to believe because it is no easy task.
Do you really think someone is going to go through all that trouble to win a league game? Really? I mean don't get me wrong, I've seen it happen on many different games, but the possibility of you being a victim of a DDOS or a DOS attack is like... almost non existent.
All I'm saying is. Check your internet connection.
And I really don't think someone should even make the effort of trying to find someone else's router's address just to DOS them. Waste of time, could finish the game in that time. Unless you're like some next genius hacker.
I have a very hard time believing you were DDOSED multiple times. If anything it would be drop hacking and that is almost impossible to trace.
