Policy on allowing Chinese and other high-ping players on NA? (and vice-versa)

Is there a reason Riot allows Chinese players to play on NA? They treat it like their trolling playground. Why not block IPs from countries with their own servers?

I can feel the salt in the air. Because sometimes people want to play with friends on other servers. That's why.

I actually only have one question regarding chinese premades

Why is there ALWAYS an Annie that ALWAYS gets fed then ALWAYS goes off to ult the first person they see by themselves on CD (and die shortly after obv)?

Like seriously every one of them. The consistency is baffling

Why should they? If anyone wants to play on another server then just let them.

It's not that they came here to troll. NA server is troll playground to begin with, and trolls from other regions came to join the fray.

On a serious note, the same issue happens with all kinds of online games, and I agree that if the game is in a language you do not speak then why play it? If they're playing by themselves then that's not a problem, but if ppl are grouping up for activities then communication isn't optional. It may work if they only group with ppl that speak their languages, but not so much if they're participating as individuals. More than often they request to join groups, can neither understand nor perform roles when expected to, and fail to understand what they did as an individual has ruined the day for others they played with.

What I believe to be common sense doesn't seem to be the case for ppl from other nations.
