How can I not tilt?

Anyone can tell me what do I do if I get people like this on my team? Can I go afk if I get ADC Veigar? Or do I need to waste my 30 minutes, because they won't surrender?

When i get those kinds of players on my team, i just try and ignore their kda and play the game out. If the game is unwinable and they don't surrender at 15 or 20,then i just soft afk.
You will lose anywhere from 40-60% of all games you play. Accept that this is one of those 40-60% and move on with your life. Accept that you will NEVER have 100% win rate (no one can) and this is an eventuality loss and you'll be happier with your life. Whenever I get one of these games, I just shrug and add it to my 50-50% win/loss and move on to next game. Not that big a deal. Practice cs, practice fighting, put on music and wait for the end. I never tilt from one of these because I don't expect to have average higher than 50-50% win/loss.
Ints, and ruin your game. Waste 20min of your time. Good system Riot!
That isn't adc Veigar, that is Veigar bot lane. You act as if mages in the bottom lane weren't a thing earlier in the season.
It sucks, but with scores that bad, the other team will likely end quickly anyway.
I like playing APC Veigar. I know it seems scary when you see something "new and different" while playing but there are many more strategies than what you are used to. I bet you've played on a "normal team" and saw scores similarly bad before. You have to open your mind to new ways of seeing before you can further develop as a Summoner.
But just becuase you aren't having fun, why should others suit your needs? unless you have chat logs of them saying that "fuck you we want to make your 30 minutes painful (maniacal screech)" what if they want to have fun? You want to win, but others want to have fun.
Lets say in a different situation: You are a 0/22/1 ADC, however, your top lane sion is 15/2 and your jungle ekko is oneshotting the enemy tank, your mid lane lucian is 45/2/65 (do not mind the numbers), your team is actively trying to win the game, but is somehow in a stalemate. but the game in question is no longer fun for you, do you keep playing, surrender or what?
In a game like this just mute all, farm and participate in 0 teamfights, works all the time.
