Got banned and never received an email

I stopped playing for about two weeks and I come back to play and I got banned. An email was never sent so I have no idea why, I would enjoy getting a response back as to why and maybe fixing this problem, if it was an error.

Does it tell you what year you are banned till when you log in? If so, what year?
