Banned without a warning.

OKOK. This is the thing. I got banned 1.11.16 because of scripting. First of all i didn't script, me and my choach went through a skin program i had and cleary that had a virus that F**ked my client. So i got banned. What actully pissed my off is that i didn't recive any warning but that did other people that scripted. And i didnt even script. I have used over 1000$ on the account and i really dont want to loose it. Thanks for reading -fakemenn rip acc 10.10.13 - 1.11.16 Gold 5

This is sad, but RIOT have no way of knowing if you script or not. If their programs find something that says you're scripting they have to belive that you are, even if you're only using a skin program. The easiest way to work around this is to not download third party programs unless you're absolutely sure that they aren't viruses.

That's the risk you take by using a skin program or ANY program that interferes with the game files. And they aren't legally required to give you a warning.

ALL EXTERNAL PROGRAMS THAT AFFECT LEAGUE ARE USE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

It's well known that league doesn't allow mods or anything that affects their game as they consider it a sport and using those things would be cheating. Sorry if your coach gave you bad advice but it's not RIOT's fault, it's yours.

That skin program is a use at your own risk program, it's not green lighted by Riot
If a virus screwed your client, that was your own mistake and responsibility
Warnings aren't given for 3rd party program bans to prevent people from figuring out what triggered the account flag and getting around it
Unfortunately money spent on an account has no leverage in bans and is under Riot's control according to TOS you signed
