What about trolls and feeders ? The truth.

So, I would like to start a topic about how the riot games are overlooking trolls who are running around the map with 6x item 1006 in the inventory, stealing a jungler, who is trying to win even 4v5, his buffs, not helping the team, not talking, just being useless. Then about feeders, there's little % that the feeders are punished unless they are like 0/20, all they need to do is giving 1-2 kills on the start of the game to the enemy lanes and they are already way ahead, then they stop at like 0/6-0/7 and then they start to running around map like trolls, sometimes when they can they steal some kills so they are not 0/7 and they won't get banned. But giving kills in the start of the game and then running around map watching their teams getting wrecked because they are the one who made them ahead, should be punished too.

What I am trying to tell is this, what is destroying this game are troll players, but they are mostly punished only when they are also toxic in the chat, riot games should start to know the difference, between a guy who is good, who is trying but sometime he cross the line in the chat box and then they should see the inters and trolls who just doesnt care about the win or the game at all, still, the huge number of them can get away with that style of gameplay.

Riot is SO focused on players, who are toxic in the chat, that they often don't see the real game destroyers unless they are toxic too. Other online games doesn't give a single sh## about toxicity, it's online games tho, everybody who get home from school/work is tired af and just want to have some fun, so they play one-two games and when they see that some troll is ruining their game, where they put their free time, of course they will flame him, who would not ? If there wouldn't be that careless players, there wouldn't be toxic players at all.

And you smart, wise and calm guys, stay back, I don't care about your "it's just a game" opinion, if you like to waste your time and you don't give a damn when someone is wasting your time by trolling/feeding, then go play tetris.

If there wouldn't be that careless players, there wouldn't be toxic players at all.

So I suppose you have never seen anybody start flaming because of

  • a simple mistake
  • a "bad" pick
  • a "bad" item build
  • a "wrong" call/decision (based purely on outcome bias)
  • simply losing and desperately trying to find the reason somewhere else
  • the enemy "cheating"
  • a false sense of entitlement for MIAs / buffs / ganks

Getting stabbed in one eyeball is better than getting both your eyeballs stabbed and being lit on fire. The simple reason why Riot SEEMS (I hope that's enough emphasis) to focus more on verbal toxicity, is because it's an easier task and thus is obviously going to produce more tangible results.

Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day. Teach a man how to fish without giving him fish while teaching him and he might just starve to death. Lesson is: Keeping a good balance of easy/short and complicated/long tasks is important.

It's easy to track what people say in chat and determine if they were having a bad attitude, it seems almost impossible for me to track 'performance' and really look into if people are intentionally trolling in every single game.

I must also say that most of the time IMO people don't really troll, I know this including myself, they are just bad at the game, bad at the champion, or they really misplayed and are way behind.
