Need community's opinion for this ban

I am not going to deny that i can be fairly toxic at times, but i have been trying to hardest to tone it down when it comes to this game due to me getting multiple perma bans on accounts. but i am trying my hardest to be reformed and in my eyes i believe i am some what reformed. but after coming back from a 14 day ban and being perma banned for this just really upsets me. in my eyes i was doing nothing wrong and i am still banned for thinking i am being reformed and it bothers me. and if i am in the wrong i would like it to be brought to my attention so i can figure this out. here is the text attached to my account.

The problem here is this was your behavior literally the day after you got back from a 14-day ban. You were fresh off a penalty and jumped right into harassing teammates. You were going out of your way to taunt someone on your team. It became your primary form of entertainment in the game.

You basically proved early on that you were not going to change your behavior after your penalty.

If you would have actually muted like you said you did, nothing would have come of this.

This isn't something that would get you banned out of the blue, but Riot operates on a tier system of punishments. You would have been warned of this from your 14-day ban.

This entire log, while not abhorrent, is basically you berating and arguing with your teammates for an entire game. That's not okay. It triggered a punishment, and since your next step was a perma ban, away you go. Sorry.

Man if it helps nothing i read in your chatlogs is toxic for me , would never report you for that and i would be more than happy to have a teammate that actually types smth more than "report XXXXXX " and " K*S" ... Sadly for you , riot will never reverse your ban , thats their policy and even tho you actually tried being better than before they dont care they will give you msg about how you are "0,00067% of most toxic players " because it would require work and time to diffrentiate guys spamming chat with deathtreats and you. Hope you will just lvl up new account and /mute all its not worth it after all

You were harassing others and being passive aggressive all game. Once you pass the 14 day suspension, you are on incredibly thin ice with the system. This was plenty to push you over the edge.

I'll explain.

When a player consistently behaves in ways that violate the terms of use for the game a moderating action will be issued, such as a chat restriction. When a player continues to behave in that way, moderation escalates up a tier.

First is a 10 game chat restriction; strike one. Then is a 25 game chat restriction, strike two. After that, a 2 week ban which is strike three. As it goes in baseball "Strike three; your out."

At this point, the player has reached "Ban" status. Now they can keep playing the game, as much as they want, but they are not allowed to continue to act they way that they have been. If the player acts so that they violate the agreement again, when any one of their multiple violations that got them to the first tier and the multiple that got them to the second and so on, are grounds to terminate the agreement, the agreement and the associated account will be terminated.

On to your case: No, your chat that isn't "bad", relatively speaking. I probably wouldn't have reported you because I don't even notice chat that often. But none of that is relevant.

It doesn't even really matter what you did type in this one particular game at this point. I'll stress again: if you violate an agreement, the agreement is terminated. Due to many, repeated violations of your agreement, you reached a point where moderation stops overlooking it and considers following through and terminating the account.

You were free to play as much you wanted with no effect on you but once again you violated the agreement. It doesn't matter what you wrote, you were using the chat system not to coordinate with other player like it is supposed to be used for but abusing it to pick arguments with other. I'm supposing this was also the reason for the other punishments and when you demonstrated that you will continue to do this, moderation followed through with their part of the agreement and terminated the account.

Nope, not even remotely close. But it doesn't have to be permaban worthy. Once you've already reached the point where your next step is a permaban, any punishment whatsoever will trigger it.

Most of that is discussion he isnt insulting any one besides talking about game play which if you get insulted there thats your own business and are probally too insecure too be playing interactable games with other people over the internet especially in a competetive online game.

but you had 5 other games, so either we are missing something or something has been left out.

your 14 day ban does not mean it's been reset, it means you are clear to play games and receive rewards.

any new behaviors would push you forward to the next punishment.

If you got perms banned on multiple other accounts you should have learned your lesson then. Geez. Stop getting banned. It's not that hard. Damn. Just turn off you enter key already.
