Permabanned without explanation

Just like the title says. Your emails are a joke. If you are going to take away an account that someone has spent time and money on, you at least owe them a reason. This isn't me crying for riot to unban me, or even saying it was unjust. I just want to know why I received the banhammer so I can possibly correct my attitude in the future.

If you log in to your account, it should tell you why you were banned.

if it was for toxicity there should be a chat log.

if it was for 3rd party software or something like that, send a support ticket in because a lot of players got wrongfully banned because of a wave of bans that went out.
