My game crashed and I got hit with a leaverbuster...PLEASE GOD FIX THISS

Game doesn't crash by itself, fix your computer.
Any game developer will tell you that is completely not true. There are always errors in a game, sometimes they will cause the game to close.
Even if it crashes, if you are back ingame within a few mins, you just keep playing. Ive had crashes too but never any issues with leaverbuster.
The problem isnt when it crashes in game, its when it crashes any moment from champ select opening until you lock your champ. In draft pick, that could be several minutes for the game to crash. I know personally, mine crashes almost every time on the new champ select, and I have had to on multiple occasions apologize to the leaverbuster and type "I agree" in to a box saying I wont leave champ select anymore, which I have literally never done on purpose.
My leaverbusters start at a half hour now, I believe, and its dropped me to -15 LP.
It's 30 minutes. It's not that bad brah. Besides, it means you've been leaving more than that one game so you should probably get your stuff together before you risk ruining anyone else's game.
Leaverbuster can't tell the difference between a crash and an intentional leaving of the game.
During the bilgewater event a summer or two ago, the new HUD caused a glitch that made a lot of people dc from almost every game they played. I was one of them. I wouldn't dc long, and I'd immediately come back into game. The reason I kept playing was because I was going on vacation in a few days and wanted to get as many rewards as I could, since the event would be over when I got back and I wouldn't have much time to play while I was there.
That was the first ever time I've been punished for anything. Now Leaverbuster has been watching me ever since. Kinda sucks but I don't generally leave games. Maybe 1 every once and a while if an emergency comes up.
Same thing just happened to me. Bugsplat and all.
