Playing a game, power goes out. When It comes back on I got the Leaver Buster.
I felt bad enough for being the guy I absolutely hate in ranked games, but I found it interesting that I got hit on a single dc for it. Has the system been tuned up so a single dc/afk hit causes the warning?
You don't get a leaverbuster punishment for leaving 1 game. So if that is the first game you have EVER left on that account then you should submit a support ticket.
If nothing else you should have gotten the warning message that makes you type "I agree" on your first leave.
As an added note: I have now ordered a UPS so I will be able to keep in the game while my power is out or flickers like this.
I realized how horrible it was for my teammates to lose their jungler; I also don't want to get banned if my power flickers again (and we're expecting another snow storm soon, so... planning ahead)
The warning comes on your first leave, and it's supposed to get your attention.
LB punishments come in the form of extend waiting in the queue for a set number of games.
BTW: kudos for picking up a UPS to avoid another power loss issue. You'd be amazed at how many people use the power loss excuse for why they shouldn't have gotten a LeaverBuster punishment.
