Please help me i was playing on my account in ranked when the q went away and it made us dodge and now i have 5, 20 min q's and i dont think i should have that

if the servers went down, then submit a ticket to support and see if thye can revert it.
You don't get a low prio queue punishment for missing one game. That is consistent AFK punishment.
But there is an appeal system for mistakes, just submit a ticket.
