Why did I get instantly perma banned and no chat ban or warnings?

Give me a warning ban first before i get a perma ban, I thought that was part of the terms. LoL has always been a cesspool.

Pasted from the terms of use: "RIOT GAMES RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SUSPEND, TERMINATE, MODIFY OR DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT AT ANY TIME FOR ANY REASON OR NO REASON."

Of course that's just to protect themselves legally and they don't go around banning accounts all willy-nilly, and they do employ a warming system, except in extreme cases where players can be perma-banned without warning. I think that's usually only done in response for hate speech and racism and stuff? Don't quote me on that. Did you get an e-mail explaining why you were banned?

Ya technically there is no rules that state they need to give you a warning.let alone numerous chances when you break the rules. They do this out of the goodness of their heart and that they realize people are human.but after a certain point you need to take responsibility for your actions. And sadly in some cases it's that extreme that no warning should even be given. As in why would they warn people who knowningly cheating in the game?
