Why did I get instantly perma banned and no chat ban or warnings?

Give me a warning ban first before i get a perma ban, I thought that was part of the terms. LoL has always been a cesspool.

This pretty much shows that in your past games, you were excessively toxic above average, which causes the system to skip the chat restrictions & 14 days suspension & jumped straight to a permaban.

Pasted from the terms of use: "RIOT GAMES RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SUSPEND, TERMINATE, MODIFY OR DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT AT ANY TIME FOR ANY REASON OR NO REASON."

Of course that's just to protect themselves legally and they don't go around banning accounts all willy-nilly, and they do employ a warming system, except in extreme cases where players can be perma-banned without warning. I think that's usually only done in response for hate speech and racism and stuff? Don't quote me on that. Did you get an e-mail explaining why you were banned?

But thats stuff to be used against people like tyler1 making death threats and intentionally feeding. im not justifying this, lets say, gentleman by all means. But there have been perm bans in which i consider unjustified due to the fact that they had a high volume of reports in 1 days time with no previous mutes/bans etc. The idea of a reform system would work if they actually used the reforming tools. ban them for a week and mute them for 2 months. bang they wont do anything stupid for atleast 3 months toxicity might come back but in smaller doses. The idea of a warning system is a good idea, most players in this game are still fairly young, used to mommy and daddy holding their hands, warn them, scold them, reform them.

Ya technically there is no rules that state they need to give you a warning.let alone numerous chances when you break the rules. They do this out of the goodness of their heart and that they realize people are human.but after a certain point you need to take responsibility for your actions. And sadly in some cases it's that extreme that no warning should even be given. As in why would they warn people who knowningly cheating in the game?

perm bans dont apply to just cheating (i assume you mean some form of script or hack) but it should also be for inters and people who make death threats, racial slurs, etc. I currently have an account banned because of a high spike in reports in 1 days time, 1 day. about 10 games played 3 of those games i was tilted hard enough to where i bmed my teammates for doing dumb things. Am i wrong for it yeah? did i deserve a perm ban? hell no. But that's just the way the system works, and if its debatable whether or not the perm was justifiable it'll immediately get shut down because riot does not want their automated report system to be frowned upon
