Appeal

So a few months back, I was perm banned for what i said in chat, (calling people bad at the game, etc). Now, I was hoping that i could get my ban removed for a few reasons.

1. I got back into league of legends on a different account.
2. I don't flame on the new account at all, meaning i'm nice, i compliment people and say gl hf and gg wp.
3. I promise I will never flame as much as I did before on my old account.
4. I spent alot of money on champions and skins. Like ALOT.

All this combined will hopefully get Riot Games to release my permanent ban and I hope so! Thankyou!
