Did you Snoop Dogg? Cuz I got banned for Snoop Doggin cuz riot is racist.
This was a remake game that you didn't connect to. After 3 minutes a prompt let players "surrender" without any penalties to them like no lp loss. The d/c'ed person how ever will get insta-leaverbuster. Perhaps search for the cause of why your game won't start sometimes before queuing up again.
