Hey guys. I just got permabanned for one game where i was not even toxic. For the entire game i was being flamed at by the enemyteam shyvana and my adc Ashe.

That's not toxic at all. If that's perma bannable then half of NA should be perma'd and all of EUW
Since you got perma banned for this im guess you recently came off of a 14 day ban. A 14 day ban is Riot basically telling you to get your shit together or leave, and the next punishment is a perma ban no matter how little it is. While yes this is a mild chat it would be enough to have you punished, and since you more than likely came off of a 14 day ban your next punishment was a perma.
