End of Season 7 Rewards Eligiblity

I was roaming the web, and saw that banned players from 8/22/2017 are not allowed end of season rewards. Do suspended players not get end of season rewards too? Just wondering if anyone knew, because I sure don't.

What do you mean by suspended? Because suspended and banned can have the same meaning.

If you mean suspended because of security reasons then no, players do get end of season rewards.
