Permabanned

I just got permabanned. I'm Just going express my hate for LoL. It's a fun game to play but, they take your money and then censor your freedom of speech. If I was a millionaire I'd sue the shit out of your company for taking my money and then banning me. If you're going to Permaban an account, you should at least refund their account. You LoL scumbags are millionaires and can afford to refund those "0.006%" of people who violate ToS. Lesson learned here... uninstall LoL and play a better game.

P.S. This just makes me want to make more smurf accounts and then just be more toxic ngl :^)

Thanks again, You fellow toxic LoL Riven Main :^)

Where to start with this one...

they take your money and then censor your freedom of speech.

They can't take what you didn't give them. Also freedom of speech doesn't apply here, please learn what it really means before throwing it around.

If I was a millionaire I'd sue the shit out of your company for taking my money and then banning me.

Except you would lose said case as soon as the judge saw the ToS. And again, you gave them your money.

If you're going to Permaban an account, you should at least refund their account.

Let's say you go to a bar and order a beer. After paying for said beer but before drinking it, you start a fight with another patron. You get thrown out of the bar. The bar doesn't owe you the money you spent on the beer. Same with League.

You LoL scumbags are millionaires and can afford to refund those "0.006%" of people who violate ToS.

Why would they? Seriously, that's a terrible business idea.

Lesson learned here... uninstall LoL and play a better game.

Or just don't break the rules that you agree to every patch.

P.S. This just makes me want to make more smurf accounts and then just be more toxic ngl :^)

If you wanna waste your own free time feel free. Riot doesn't/won't know who you are. It's an automated banning system.

Thanks again,

You're welcome

You fellow toxic LoL Riven Main :^)

-Someone who isn't banned.

Hey, I also got permabanned a couple days ago but that's no excuses to say hateful things about the league. Sure we're not allowed to play anymore on our accounts. After I saw perma I froze, it's kinda like a wake-up call that your and in this case me as well are bad people online and just have to rethink what we're doing with our time. I still love league and watch LCS all the time. Don't hate on the league because we're the ones that broke the rules.

Here's an idea, don't violate their ToS.

Don't cause a problem and there won't be no problem.

Right, let me paraphrase a certain XKCD Comic strip:

The Right to Freedom of Speech protects you from being arrested or regulated by the Government in response to what you say. It does NOT mean anyone else has to listen to you, or put up with your attitude. A private business has every right to set out rules for what they deem acceptable behavior in their game or place of business.

The First amendment does NOT protect you from the consequences of your words or actions. If you get banned from the game due to your behavior, your rights are not being violated, it's just that Riot and the player base do not want you playing with them, and are showing you the door.

This is a pretty weak bait post OP

We all know nobody actually thinks like this. This prank belongs in 2013.

When you sign up for league, you agree to the terms and conditions. This includes multiple statements that says Riot still owns your account, despite whatever you decide to buy on it, they ALWAYS OWN your account. THis is the same for EVERY major online game. You breaking those terms and conditions by being an asshole, gives them every right to take the account from you.

You can be a child, make a thousand more accounts and waste your time being toxic again. Or you could grow up, and recognize your own mistakes, and either leave the game completely, or play how your supposed to.

By the way your "Right to free speech" stops when you're using it to promote hate, or ruining the time of other people around you.

Time to grow up.

then censor your freedom of speech.

freedom of speech does not mean that you get to break the rules just because you feel like it and in spite of agreeing to the summoners code that says you shouldn't. in short freedom of speech does not mean freedom of being a d-bag ;)

If I was a millionaire I'd sue the shit out of your company for taking my money and then banning me.

but you're not so so much for that

and even if you were you'd still lose. you signed a contract when you made the account that specifically binds you to a set of rules. should you break said rules, riot has every right to punish you in any way they see fit. how about next time you click on "i agree" you take the time and actually read what you're agreeing to?

[sg-ahri-2]

If you're going to Permaban an account, you should at least refund their account.

nobody made you use the store to buy skins and champions. they are under no obligation to refund anything

[slayer-jinx-wink]

You LoL scumbags are millionaires and can afford to refund those "0.006%" of people who violate ToS.

just because they can afford it, it doesn't mean that they will. deal with it!

Lesson learned here... uninstall LoL and play a better game.
