What if you are hold hostage
In one of my games one of my team was purposely not surrendering and the enemy team is just postponing the game

Surrendering (and winning) is a team effort and should be treated like so. While a bit crappy at sometimes, if your team doesn't vote yes on the surrender, you have to accept that and keep trying to win. As for the other team not ending, It doesn't happen too often but, it has happened to me. Just keep playing and the game will be over eventually.
