Im having a good time with players in lol.

Everyone says people are very cancerous in lol, but I have been playing the game and there has been only one guy who called me bad. I help out teamates and act nice (except when they are selfish steal killers that just use adc and easily carry the team, bragging along the way) and they honor me. Only one player has been mean and all he said was I can't play good at all, but nothing else. Now I haven't played ranked yet, so that might be the reason, but player's are certainly fun, friendly, and helpful. Also just a quick question: I play Anivia, but is there a character better than her with a similar playstyle?

You are only lvl10, there is still a long road ahead of you to experience this community ;)

Ranked is definitely more prone to negativity as there is something at stake so players feel more upset about a loss or game going badly. That is not to say there is no negativity in normal's you may just be lucky.

As far as Anivia goes she is pretty strong at the moment, not the strongest mage but there are not many with similar styles that are stronger than her in the current patch, if you want some others to play try lux or xerath. Xerath is harder to play but has more range and what I believe to be a slightly bigger impact on the game if played well. Lux has a similar play style, I find her more fun but not quite as strong in the current state of the game.

Anyway good luck and I hope you continue to get matched with the lighter side of the community.

I find that the community is not as bad as people like to say.

people are still toxic,

but the ifs is so so so sensitive that having any sort of confrontation just gets you banned

people dont use chat, and the game is popular enough that they just get rid of the people that are "toxic"
