RIOT you need to step up and make people aware of what is going on in ARAM's at least. These scripted bots (although I have seen them with keystones) have no keystone, often use the teddy bear icon, play like pure crap, stand in the same spot behind the turret and will not protect the turret if it is being attacked, they don't speak when spoken to of course. I had 4 on my team, they all moved the same, as in the stand in the exact same spot, move to engage the same, etc. This is not ppl playing like crap, although it doesn't mean that can't happen. I have seen the same thing over and over and have almost at least one on either team every time I play ARAM. At night when less people are on, is when it gets bad. RIOT you need to inform people of what is going down so we can report them, because most of the players are unaware this is happening, or make a statement stating you're going to fix this soon.

Thank you for reading, as we speak I dodged a game in protest, because I had two on my team, I am done playing until I have further notice from RIOT.

Peace.

Unfortunately there really isn't anything Riot can do to stop them. It's not as easy to detect as you might think.

Typically, "scripters" refer to people using scripts to augment their gameplay (e.g. skillshot aiming/dodging). "Bots" refer to people using scripts to completely play for them (e.g. ip/xp farming).

Anyway, it's been happening for years. Riot occasionally mentions the bots, but generally doesn't say much about their countermeasures. Probably because there isn't much Riot can say besides confirming they're still working on the issue.

I don't play ARAM, so I had no idea this was going on.
