Permanently banned because I asked for FF and informed someone they can check their ping in a practice game/bots game whatever before starting the game.
But the sivir can say "Definitely not because of you" or whatever implying she intentionally doesn't want to check her ping because she likes to ruin games and is probably going to get off scott free.

Also the first line "DO YOU?!?!" in this was in response to a riven asking if our support loaded in and was just a joke.

Yes I used all caps later but if thats worthy of completely removing someones account when two people are spamming 1000k ping messages

Not even a single curse word in this chat. I had a smurf account that got banned and this is why I was banned 100%. Not because of the actual report they are using, but because they use your IP or whatever and target ban you. Its actually extremely disingenuous to not go based on report as it gives no chance to reform and basically labels someone as an outsider because its more convenient to spam banns instead of doing it case by case.

This is extremely flawed reasoning as, if that were the case, just perma ban people instead of two weeking them then. You basically nullify the value of the two week ban as a reform option when you use reasoning like this, and its probably why theres such a high return rate of toxic players; they know 100% they will be permaed if they get two week so why even bother trying if riot will use ANY words you say in chat as excuse to perma ban.

I do blame riot though and I'm compiling a humanities case in order to bring it against riot in court.

It should be illegal to make someone feel anxiety after a two week ban and then perma ban them for something like this when they try to reform. Its honestly extremely insulting and anyone who's opinion differs better have some extremely sound logic or they are probably a shill to be quite honest. No other word for it

The fact that I have to use a vpn to switch my IP if I had another account banned should also be made illegal; I shouldn't have to worry when there are clear guidelines and they are thrown away because "hurr durr getting a report means you were definitely reported for the right reason" circular logic

EDIT: I compiled all my posts into a single one since someone was super mad they had to read separate posts and used it as an excuse to not reply

I was about to reply, then I saw you replying to your own threads and lololololing about how no one has an argument to it when your post is only up for 35 minutes.

So without reading the rest, I'm just going to skip on giving out any constructive advice, cos you probably won't listen to it anyways.

I was responding to my thread because I knew exactly what you would say. Maybe try actually arguing the content of those posts instead of dismissing it so you don't have to think critically. Yes downvote and go away.

You don't realize that this is a discussion on whether or not the ban is justified, not an excuse for you to tell someone they are a horribly toxic person and need to be better people just to play a game.

I can see two things I can pick on. I'm sure others can as well. I just don't want to as you probably aren't willing to listen anyways.

You can use the chat system, just don't use it in the same manner as you did and you won't get punished.

Nothing there is worth a perma ban. If you think informing another player that they can check their ping before the game starts is worth removing an account someone has put 100+ dollars in, then you are deluded and siding with riot because it IS EASY, not because it is JUSTIFIED ETHICALLY.

the sivir literally went 0/10 as did the mid laner and was saying in chat it was OK and she would do it again because she'd rather lose a normal than spend 30 seconds checking first.

it is completely normal human behavior to be slightly miffed about that. Saying otherwise is just ignorant and expecting too much.

this was 100% about the money not saving the community from "Please check your ping before playing the game" LOLOLOL

There no longer is "this is worthy of a permaban". There are 4 tiers of punishment now:

  1. 10 game chat restriction
  2. 25 game chat restriction
  3. 14-day ban
  4. Permaban

Anything that can get you punished will eventually get you permabanned if you kept doing it over many games.

Your punishment is still a valid, regardless of how minor your chat is.

I've already addressed this fallacious, philistine and circular reasoning

I've also explained how it is actively increasing the toxicity levels of the game which is why you see people still toxic throughout most of your games

If you are going to perma ban people outside of the rules you created, then just perma ban instead of two week as it is LOGICALLY the same outcome. From a utilitarian perspective, you gain no value from 2 week banning a repeat offender, just cease with the pleasantries and perma so they can move on and create another account.

Then they would be told here, the exact same thing I said in chat.

its actually well understood human psychology. Humans are extremely prone to tribal thinking and labeling everyone they meet as either "US, or THEM".

I also think most permaes are 100% justified also, and in general support a report system like riots. That doesn't mean it isn't abused sometimes
