Not talking to team? Can that be punishable offense
i tend to tilt very very easily and if i mute all at beginning of game and dont talk can it be a bannable offense?

No, it isn't. There used to be a report option for "Not Communicating", but it was removed and nobody was ever punished for that alone anyway. If you don't want to use chat or see what the other players have to say, you don't have to. It is recommended to mute if the other players are a problem, so if you really have to /mute all at the beginning to prevent issues then do it.
However, keep in mind that this is a team game. Communicating with your team is still important, so make use of pings as best you can.
Just make like 4 useful pings a game and you're good. Only thing I say is gj team if the team takes baron or mid towers or something in ranked.
No because talking to your team gets you banned no matter what you say. Some ignorant shit will think you are toxic no matter what you say. If you dont talk to your team you will be flamed by shitters who are mad bc they bad. I recommend uninstalling if this bothers you quite a lot. I believe every league of legends problem can be solved by uninstalling.
TL;DR ~ You are banned for talking to your team, whats the difference?!
