So today I played a Tf game and earned an S on him. However it says "You are ineligible to earn loot due to previous behavioral restrictions." Now the last time I got banned was well over 1-2 months and I'm just wondering how long this restriction lasts and how you are suppose to reform.

I got a chat restriction for trying to deal with a really toxic Lucian on our team who kept threatening to leave and feeding on purpose all because his support died once.... And I get punished for it while that same Lucian remains unpunished.
