Make players who troll ranked take the penalty loss for the team

Just had a RANKED game where lux specifically trolled our team by taking Fervor, going mid, and feeding. This is after she afked the first 2mins, then came back so we couldn't remake.

Once she finished feeding mid, she proceeded to run it down bot and feed them kills allowing them to snowball their lane.

My question is why is riot not punishing these types of people harder? Doing this in ranked isn't ok. My suggestion is riot needs to make these types of people take a combined LP loss for their team instead of punishing the team being trolled. If Tribunal agrees to punish the player, then the teammates should also get a loss forgiven if they lost the game for this. Why? Because this affects climbing and people in promos. Keeping your LP but still taking the loss, will count negatively towards your account if you are doing placements or promos.
