Dear riot games, A few months back, I was permanently banned from my league of legends account. I understand that you have a very strict policy when it comes to permanently banned accounts, but if you could read this whole message, it would help me feel a lot better about my situation. I created this league account 3-4 years ago, and have spent over a thousand hours, and over a thousand dollars on this account. This account was my life through the past 3-4 years. I have recently been playing on my alternate account Pickle Ríck. I would like you to note, that I have not been banned, and have an honor level of 4 currently. I try to not talk in chat at all, and definitely not toxically. I believe that for someone who spend thousands of hours and dollars on his account, a 14 day ban, and then a perma - ban (Without ever getting a chat ban) is a little harsh. I would just like you to think of things from my side. If you gave me just a week to prove that I have reformed, it would mean the world to me. I miss this account an extreme amount and am willing to do whatever it takes to get it back.

I have heard (cannot confirm) that if you show really good improvement on your second account for like a year or 2 they may give you your original account back. I do NOT know if this is true.

NOTHING pisses people off more and elicits less sympathy than "I should be allowed to keep my account because I spent a lot of money on it". That is the LEAST mitigating circumstance for shitty ban-worthy behavior there is. And if they gave you a perma-ban on second offence, you must have done something HEINOUS. Don't come here expecting support.

I am glad you have shown better behavior on your new account.

Unfortunately, Riot's policy is that permanent account bans are permanent. They are not and will never be reversed, save when applied in error.

The ONLY reversal that can happen is when a specific player received a personal ban that applies forward to all their new accounts. Even then, if one of those is ever reversed, their old accounts are still banned.
