How do I dispute a temp ban
Title. I know which match I was banned for. Someone was flaming me and my friends and was being a dick the whole game. He reported me and I got temp banned for 14 days. I want to dispute this.

You didn't get banned for what he did. You got banned for what you did.

If you want to talk with Riot directly about your ban, then you will need to submit a support ticket. It may take awhile to get a response, so you will need to be patient.
As far as your ban goes, though, what others are doing doesn't matter as you are not punished for their behavior, only your own. If someone else is flaming you first, that does not mean you can start flaming them back. Doing so is punishable as it only adds to the negativity.
You did NOT get banned for only 1 game.
Being toxic back is not "defending" yourself.
You can try to dispute your ban all you want but it won't matter as bans for behavioral issues are never overturned (aside from mistakes on Riot's part which are few and far between). From Ulanopo's Knowledge Base:

Everyone has the opportunity to appeal their ban. Just click the support link on the upper right and make your case.

Is there any way to remove my permaban?
Keep in mind that we dont have the power to remove your ban. Only Riot has that ability.

- Real-life harassment, threats or stalking
- Elo boosting
BANS THAT MIGHT BE LIFTED
- Inappropriate name
- Payment problems
submit a support ticket and it will take 2 days roughly and they will tell you why you were banned
All a report does is flag a game for review. If nothing punishment-worthy is found during the review, the report will be discarded and won't have any effect on your account.
The best solution would have been for you and your friends to mute them, play the game normally and report them after the game.
Logs or it didn't happen.
