Permanently banned - Tried to avoid it

So I asked repeatedly to support if I was able to get a permanent mute, that way I wouldn't keep getting baited into being toxic by my own teammates. But nope, every time I asked I got told that "Communication is an important part of the game and to /ignore all". Yet that's even worse since I can't see what they're saying and removes communication entirely. However my issue with this is that I still feel obliged to type and I can't help it, with a mute I wouldn't even be able to do that and it'd solve my issue. But nah, after so many times asking for it, I never got it and it lead to this. So rip 4 years and a few hundred $$$... Thanks support and thanks to all the teammates baiting me into being toxic :D

You won't mute players who might be "harassing/baiting" you, because it will completely eliminate communication.

But you want to be chat banned, which would completely eliminate your ability to communicate?

Sounds like it is more of a you problem.

As much as I hate riots punishment system, this shit with people bitching riot wont permanently mute them is just a way of shifting the blame. If you're toxic, at least have the decency to own it.

Asking Player Support to give you a permanent chat mute isn't "trying to avoid it" - the only thing you're avoiding is your own problem behavior. Riot isn't going to coddle you and prevent you from typing - you're supposed to show enough self control to do that yourself.

If you rant or vent or what have you - find another medium. In-game chat is not the place for venting your frustrations.

If you get "baited" by other people's misbehavior - then try muting them before they start getting to you.
