LeaverBuster should actually be intelligent

So, as a player with occasionally bad internet connection or faulty drivers (due to hardware modifications and such), I often find myself on the wrong side of LeaverBuster. I'm sure other players have experienced the same as well. It would make more sense to have LeaverBuster be more intelligent, looking at things like the player's reported ping rate, their framerate, whether they just dropped the connection or if the client is still open. I'm sure there are quite a few ways to be able to tell if the issue was the player didn't feel like playing, or if they were actually having a physical issue
