Randomly Permabanned, no rules broken?
I was told I was permabanned, when I have not broken any rules. I was told I would get an email, and its been days and I have received no email. help.

Probably a charge back. Should be straightened out eventually. Just open a support ticket bra
Sometimes Poppy gets a little too excited with her ban hammer and sends the wrong people flying back to level 1. Cheers!
Two likely possibilities (if you haven't done anything behavioral related wrong). Account was suspected to be compromised, or there's a payment issue (like a chargeback).
