The other day i was perm banned whilst the person who reported me was cursing me out and thing like that, and the worst i called her in the conversation was a ''salty ass'' Like really? Perm banned for calling someone a salty ass?? This is my chat log from the game, it would be much appreciated if riot would show the WHOLE chat log and allow you to maybe report it to a rioter so they could see if their system is flawed in certain situations. I honestly don't think i should have banned for this maybe suspended yea sure, but u guys let me know what you think because i have seen people who spam the n word and tell me to kms and yet i never get a message saying they have been banned or even suspended which is really dumb. You called them "salty ass". And then continued to harass and flame them throughout the game.

There's a fair amount of arguing between those two snippets, but I'm half-inclined to disregard it because it's mild arguing over tactical shit, but it's still not helping your case.

You spent a fair majority of the game harassing and insulting Irelia, rank-shaming, mocking them for having demoted, and overall just prodding and agitating them for no good reason. Even after you "muted" them, you still put forth the effort to harass them. The quote-unquote worst you may have called them was "salty ass", but that's one part of a game's worth of offenses.

Showing the "whole" chat log (or, more truthfully, the other player's chat logs) would not change whether or not your chat is punishable. You got punished for your misbehavior, because you decided that rather than muting the player who was flaming and cussing at you, that you would be better off joining in on the flamewar. Counter-flaming is still flaming.

...and allow you to maybe report it to a rioter so they could see if their system is flawed in certain situations.

If you think a punishment was issued in error, you can file a Support Ticket, but this case wasn't a punishment issued in error. Your behavior was well-below acceptable standards, and if it came after a 14-day suspension, then of course, the next step is gonna be a permanent ban. They warned you of that with the 14-day ban.

Did you have a 14 day ban prior to this? About the message, they heavily reduced those since they dont really achieve anything but open up the possibilty for reverse engineering or to hunt down people you reported and belittle them for getting punished.

Otherwise, i dont like to see that Players get banned permanently and hope you get your acc back - even when you wrote things i hate to read. Only Cheaters should be banned permanently, in my opinion.
