Amount of LP lost for games with AFK.

Just got out of a match where someone went AFK early game. I know they have penalties for that, but I still lose a lot of LP. As soon as you have an AFK 9 out of 10 times you have people that either want to instant surrender or start trolling (in this case i had a troll). Riot can tell even without reports that someone left the match, why can't they implement a lower loss of LP for those that didn't leave. Keep the full LP loss for the AFK person (so people don't do it just because they're losing) and take like a 3rd off for everyone else. It's really frustrating to lose that much LP when there was nothing I could do. Especially since I play support and it was my ADC that AFK'd at turret twice then left the match by lvl 7 :/

but why take any off of the LP loss for a loss game?

every one has to deal with afks through out the season. and every one loses LP for them... so over the course of a season it averages out and effects every one the same

I think riot has talked about this a few times, but what is stopping two people from getting into a ranked match and if it doesn't go their way. One of them can just afk and the other doesn't lose as much LP as they would in losing.

reducing losses based on teammates afking is sooooooooo abusable. one sacrificial lamb and bam 4 people get less of a lp loss.
