There's a no tolerance policy for certain insults such as the slur you likely used there.
"this is all" more like "look at all i said" you called someone a fuck boy and used hate speech twice... hate speech is an automatic 14 day ban because riot has a ZERO tolerance policy. also just because you have seen worse and not seen bans doesn't mean the bans don't happen or they just got lucky and weren't reported, if it was reported they would also get the ban.
While you might not find the word %%% to be offensive, many people do. I'm sure that there have been many times where you have seen instances of toxicity that have gone unpunished, but one of the main reasons why it goes unpunished is that people don't report it. If you saw it, but didn't report it, the system doesn't review the chat logs. In this instance, someone did choose to report you. And unfortunately, because your logs do contain hate speech, a punishment was issued.
