Does /remake give the afk person 20 minute ques

So usually I don't go afk and I didn't in this situation my client bug splatted and then did the thing where if I try to reconnect then it sayd your internet has disconnected despite the fact that it hasn't and then when I can start loading in I get a message saying this game is finished and I get 20 minute ques. I can't check when the last time I went afk was but it was easily over a week ago so I'm not sure why I went from nothing to 20 minute ques.
