If I understood correctly, you think you got permabanned, because 3 people reported you in same match. It doesn't work that way. Amount of reports doesn't matter, what matters is how often you are flaming and being reported for it. % of matches that you flamed in and were reported for that.
Also, you got 10 days chat restriction, 25 games chat restriction and 14 days ban before you got permaban. You had enough warnings.
Also, post chat logs. You should be able to see them when you log in. Copy paste them here, or even better take a screen shot of them and post here.
They won't unban you. They unban only if ban was given by a mistake. Looking at your chat logs it's clear ban was justified.
Question did you actually play the game or were you just too busy bashing our teammates?
