Why did I get permabanned?

I came home from a stress filled day, so I get on league. But one problem--------I'm permabanned

There wasn't an email or anything to let me know what happened, I've been playing league for years and now I just get banned with no reason at all? I've never been a toxic player, I usually infact don't talk much in the chat anyways, I have fun playing league by just playing and usually don't even pay attention to the chat and I hardly ever leave a game.

Normally this wouldn't be some important to me, but I was Gold II, that was very good by my standards and I worked hard to get it. It upsets me that it's all thrown away.

So, if a Riot member is reading this, I hope to get closure, that is mainly what I am asking for.

Make sure you check your spam folder for the email, and that the correct email is verified with your account by clicking your name on the top right of this page and going to Settings.

If the email is correct and it's not in the spam folder, submit a Support Ticket to get more information. If the email is different, your account was probably compromised and you need to do an account recovery; https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/articles/201751694-Recovering-Your-Account

send riot a ticket and get no help. I was permabanned after a year too. Back to climbing up the ladder again. Oh welcome to the club

Tell Riot what happened. Maybe they somehow mistook you?

When you log in, there should be a punishment code at the very end. post that and we'll be able to decipher what you got banned for.
