Anyone from Riot look at this real quick

For the past few days I have been going back and forth between the support team, well it is just automated bots messaging the same thing over and over again.

I really do not mind if you do say the reason on here or post the proof, but I seriously have stated multiple times, I have NOT used any illegal software on league and have been stressed out of my mind.

I understand, it is a game, but it is something that has become a part of me, losing that account has seriously just caused me a hell of a lot of stress. As I have been trying to say, I seriously have not used any hacks/bots/scripts/cheats/exploits etc etc, I am seriously so damn confused on how this even came to be. If it is weird mouse clicks, my mouse is broken and it randomly clicks or double clicks, the laser on the bottom of my mouse sometimes just slips and causes weird movements... I have just heard that sometimes weird mouse movements cause the system to think it is a bot.

I sometimes use different keybindings on my keyboard due to the crazy amount of bindings I have, if that is the case, then I seriously apologize and have had 0 knowledge that THAT is illegal in anyways.

Just please, give me some how to prove myself that I did not use any hacks or scripts etc etc, I am honestly just stressed out of my mind and this is just due to mental issues I have that cause me to become attached to something very strongly

This is going to be fairly straightforward, but I'll elaborate the best I'm able or allowed:

Back in late-September, it looks like you tried a scripting application for a few days and for several games. As an arbiter of the system that detected you, I am personally and statistically confident that the evidence here is accurate. I know it can feel like you're innocent because you've since stopped abusing it, but as the majority of those games were ranked, it really wouldn't be fair to exonerate you.

Cheating is cheating, and winning isn't everything.

See and this is what I am so confused about, I recently sent in a message to riot explain what may have caused this to happen. I sent my computer today to get it checked out for viruses/malware and was looking into why my email was getting hijacked over and over again... they found out I was getting keylogged and had many many viruses and malware :/

I am not quite sure how I can prove it but I seriously did not even use a script of any sort :/ I am going to keep my word on this but I seriously did not script.

If you ask about sharing accounts I never do, not for anything, I do not let anyone on my account :/

I would never even think of using a script. If there is some way for me to prove it, please let me know I've spent so long building that account I would not be as so stupid to ruin it by scripting for a few days or few games :/

Edit2: Wait, you said late September?? I was not even in my home town half of september or even had the chance to play league :/ I was in the middle east visiting my grandfather who was dying of cancer :/ I know that could be some excuse, but I am very serious here, I was not even in my home town to play during those few weeks

Edit3: yeah I went to go check with my travel info (passport), from the 13th of september - 18th of october is when I was gone in the middle east

Welcome to riot not giving a shit about it's player base. they don't care that your account was hacked, they will just screw you over at the first sign they can get without even checking to see where the IP came from, where the account was logged in at, and who was playing the account at that time.

worst part is I do not even think they can check the IP address it came from... the reason for that is because it was since late-September as they say :(

you know, the worst part is that someone down voting that really upsets me, after I stated I seriously did not hack or use any scripts then stating I left due to my grandfather dying of cancer really just upsets me. The truth is I did leave the country to go see my grand father and he ended up losing his life to cancer, second someone really did end up on my account because now I know why all my accounts on every other game that I have been playing has been banned. I just recently got my CS:GO unbanned/unvac'd because it really was a malware/keylogger that has been on my accounts without me even knowing.

Second my Black ops 3 account also got banned and within a few days I was able to get it unbanned because I explained the situation due to so many of the games I have been currently playing ending up with my accounts being banned.

Just believe what you will, all I know is I am not in the wrong and truly am upset

Your match history clearly shows the account was active during those days. The fishy thing is that in those days, "that" guy played the same champions you played before and after that date (Gnar, Elise, Amumu, Vi, Rek'Sai) and went for very similar build paths.

Logic drives me to say you're lying.

The thing that I do not understand is how the ban wave works. The way I think of it is that if you did use a third party software lets say a year ago for maybe lets say a month or maybe a few days, then later stop, then about 10-11 months later get perma-banned. That is kinda how I think 20k plus accounts got banned

Edit: But at the same time I believe that is how innocent people get banned, for example I used curse voice chat up until they said it was illegal, then I deleted it as soon as they said that, I feel like that may be the reason and it is stressing me out like crazy.

Nah there was a ban wave after the curse voice thing. I think this is actually the 3rd one since curse voice. So that wouldn't be why.

Ugh, so now it is back to being confused. I think I may have downloaded malware? or have gotten a virus? that is the only other explanation. I guess once a rioter answers this thread we will all find out what it is :/ If it was for a hack that somehow interfered with league (I do not mean as in I have hacks, I do not :/ ), then I will keep messaging them back to try to figure out some way to prove that I did not hack league at all :/

I have literally kept my PC running since the day I got banned just incase whatever malware or virus has been attaching itself to league etc does not disappear.

Edit: wait, is it possible that one of those false league links during the bilgewater event could have possibly given me a malware? I clicked it a couple times because some friends showed it to me :/

I am an idiot :/ I obviously will not click those again. I will not scan my PC just yet, just in case they need to me to do some sort of scan for my PC and send files over or if that is even a thing

Yeah it is, a while back they deemed it an "illegal third party software" and the reason was because it gave unfair advantage to those who use it

Wasn't that a long time ago, when jungle timers weren't given automatically? As of this post (about 1 year ago), Curse Voice was given the green light. (4rth Rioter post, Sargonas)

Currently they don't ban people for using it, but Riot has made it clear that they don't endorse it either. It's dangerous software since it is a plug-in into the game. If Curse makes a patch that affects game files, you will begin to see bans roll out again for it.

All I want is an explanation :/ not them consistently giving me automated bot messages. I do understand, they are busy, many people make the same request over and over, but when I get a message that says that they have accurate evidence, it just does not add up to me in the slightest and just makes me stress out even more :/

I literally cannot take it, I really just want the account I have built up for years back, I just want some way to prove I did not use any hacks.

If someone at riots says that I did hack I really want to know some details, even if it was just the game and how far back it was, there was a chance I used a key-bind or maybe my mouse started acting up :/

I do not even know what to do, if nothing is resolved and some how there was a third party application that conflicted with league that was illegal that I did not know about, just let me know, I do not care if i get smite'd or whatever that term that is used on the forums is :/

If there is even a chance that they can take a look at my previous games, even from months or even years ago, just look at them :/ Yeah I am plat 5, but I seriously am not even that good at the game, it took me over 25 promos to even get into plat :/

That is very unlucky :/ I have actually never shared my account with anyone, I am too scared to give information of anything to anyone. I even make different passwords for everything and for every website I have registered too

What is going on :/ every other person seems to have received a message from riot, I am going to assume I am never going to get this resolved and should just give up.... I have played this game for 3 years, and played it during the beta, endorsed your game throughout my school years and throughout my career, I know even that should not entitle me to some benefits of course, but a response would be very nice. Just something to de stress me from all of this :/

Wow woke up to this having so many dislikes.... I am going to keep saying this, I did not script. I just hope support messages me back and takes a look at it...
