I just can't wrap my head around the fact that toxic players pop up in 1/3 of my games. Can we please boost the security of our game? They have theirs because other people become toxic by focusing on other people's behaviors instead of their own.
According to Riot the vast majority of players who behave toxic only show that behavior in a handful of games. Players who are actually toxic show repeat behavior over the majority of their games, and are the ones who are actually punished.
Sometimes people have a bad day and just lose it, and sometimes that comes across in very poor behavior. It's just something humans do, both in and out of game, and is something we generally forgive. I see no reason for Riot to treat it any differently.
you might think there are toxic players in 33% of your games but remember only 0.006% of all players are toxic enough to get a ban. that means 1 out of every 16,000 players.

If you dont want to get flamed, just get good at the game. Thats all. If you are good at the game, you dont get flamed. If someone tells you to do what they say, and they are obviously better than the rest of the team combined, just do what they say and you dont have to waste your time crying on the forum...
