Unfair Perma Ban, repost on correct board.

i was perma banned for minor offenses. i.e. having a negative attitude when provoked by other players. not exaggerating at all. that was the exact reason. Others provoked me and swore at me for playing badly so many times that i had a "Negative attitude" back at them. I did not swear, i did not use any bad language, and i did not break any terms of policy. Due to this happening to me multiple times, (same situation), i have been Permanently baneed, with no allowance of refund of the hundreds of dollars i have paid to the game. I am not a good player, i loose a lot, and due to my bad playing, i get many reports, even if i do not say a single word all game. I have even been banned for muting my team for "Not communicating with my team". I spoke with Skeletor and was told that because this is a common issue with me, that there is no chance he will help , and no chance in overturning the perma ban. Despite the fact that i have not broken any rules other that the "negative attitude" rule. I was also told that the others involved , the ones swearing, and using racial comments at me have not been punished due to their not having previous issues.

should jaywalking 100 times receive the same punishment as murder?
