afks/dcs in ranked game fix proposal

while i am in the lower end of ranked i still get extremely frustrated when i get into a game and have a team mate leave or dc in the first 10 minutes of the game. when this happens we are left with no realistic scenario in which we can still win the game. Despite the odds my teammates and i try our very hardest just to lose the game and then lose lp. its extremely frustrating to lose the lp or series/promotion games due to the other team having the advantage of an extra player. i feel that i am being punished for things that are out of my control and while leaverbuster is a system that punishes thoughs who frequently leave games it in no way at all softens the blow to thoughs of us who stayed in the game. i would like to propose a system to aid thoughs who stick to the game and make it a little less harsh. I think it would benefit the community for players who were on a team with a dc/afk to lose half or less the amount of lp that they would normally lose (excluding the afk/dc player of course). and for any promo or series games to be loss prevented when a player afks or dcs. it simply isn't fair to the players who want to get better to be punished for others leaving. please leave any thoughts and comments
