14-Day Suspension Question

So I just got a 14 day suspension for toxicity which I do admit to but thats besides the point. In the message I've received when I log onto the client there are some things that im unsure about and would like to ask would anyone know what this means. 'in addition to suspension. you've lost access to certain privileges like free Loot chests or other positive play rewards until you demonstrate an ongoing pattern of sportsmanship after your suspension ends. ' My question is how long until im eligible to receive rewards is there a certain amount of games or days ?

No set amount of time.

It depends on activity, the severity of the behaviour that got you the suspension and the behaviour in your future games.

Could take several months.

There's no set amount of time for us to know I think. As far as I know it's until your account gets on a good standing again, and that takes a long time...So probably you shouldn't expect to see one in a while.

If I had to take a guess, it'll probably be quite a while for you considering that it was a 14-day suspension. When I had a chat ban last year, I received a similar message stating that I would be ineligible to earn loot. However, I was able to earn loot again after about a week if I recall correctly (probably because my punishment wasn't too severe).
